OWI LAUNCHES THE NEXT GENERATION OF PREMIUM COOLANT TECHNOLOGY

Marketed as PEAK ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY® Antifreeze + Coolant, this 'OET' product line is formulated to meet the specific technology needs of Asian, European and North American vehicles. This new lineup will provide our retailers, commercial partners and customers with a super-premium coolant option, and further reinforces PEAK and OWI's strength in the marketplace.

The mix of vehicles on the road has changed significantly over the last 20 years. Currently in the US, more than half of all passenger cars and light-duty vehicles on the road are Asian or European makes. As the vehicle population shifted from being primarily Detroit's 'Big Three' to a mix of domestic and foreign makes, so did the range of coolants needed to protect a changing mix of metals used in those engines. This shift has increased the number of different antifreeze/coolant technologies and colors making it, at times, more complicated for the customer to shop the category.

PEAK OET Coolants are designed to match the specific technology and color that was originally used as factory fill. In addition, PEAK OET makes it a no-brainer for customers to choose the right coolant for their vehicle through color-coded bottle caps and labels that match the original coolant color, and a list of covered vehicles right on the front label.
