The 2023 theme for International Women's Day was Embracing Equity. What does embracing equity mean to you personally and professionally?

To embrace equity means to embrace individuality. We all have different backgrounds and experiences that must be taken into consideration to determine the support or resources each of us needs to succeed.

Which woman inspires you in your life and/or career and why?

My mom is an inspiration to me.  She has always been a champion for working women and encourages others not to put a limit on their potential and what they can offer to others.

How can we better support women in the workforce?

By understanding the complexity of issues that women face and encourage mentorship, sponsorship and allyship to advocate for others.

What career accomplishment are you most proud of?

I’m most proud of leading and building teams and watching those team members continue to grow and flourish in their own career paths.

What does Women’s History Month mean to you?

Women's History Month is an opportunity to celebrate and reflect on all the contributions and accomplishments of women throughout the years to our society.
